Easy-to-learn techniques on self-defence, aggression and harassment minimisation

The techniques are simple and easy to learn. You do not need to have any prior knowledge of martial arts or self defence. We teach you the most effective tactics you can use to protect yourself and your family from assaults.

You will learn about the laws relating to use of force and self defence in Australia. Use guidelines taught to security officers and police which also apply to civilians.  Receive a comprehensive manual on self-defence.
 

Study and role play principles of aggression minimisation, harassment minimisation and assertive behaviour. 

Role play aggression and harassment minimisation techniques in a supportive environment.  Put an end to bullying and aggression using resources available to all Australians. .  
 

Perception and observation skills

These principles of self-defence include recognition of danger signals. Find out how to avoid muggings.
 

A friendly class, experienced self defence instructors

The class is conducted in a professional and enjoyable manner. We do not allow any offensive, racist or sexist behaviour in the class. Our instructors include former NSW Police Academy trainers, martial art experts, and licensed security consultants. 
 

Offered for the first time to the general public

This is a one day self defence course, there are no obligations to attend further courses. The cost is $75 and is open to anyone over the age of 18. The course commences at 9 am, and will finish between 3 and 4. To enrol, call us, any time from 9 am to 9 pm. (Places in the class are limited.) If you cant make this one, but would be interested in future courses, tell us and we'll let you know of the next course.
